Jiu Jitsu at 110:
The Renzo Gracie Williamsburg after-school program introduces students to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through age-appropriate instruction, drills, and games. Classes focus on coordination, balance, and body awareness while teaching children important principles of self-control, problem-solving, and mutual respect. No prior experience is required, and all levels are welcome. Students gain confidence while staying active in a fun and structured setting, led by certified instructors trained to work with young athletes.
