Class Descriptions
Musical Theater (Grades 2-5):
Step into the spotlight and become part of a proud American performance tradition! Our Musical Theater program will introduce second through fifth graders to the magic of Broadway musicals and the timeless songs from the ever-expanding Great American Songbook. Through singing, dancing, and acting, students will explore the joyful history of American musical theater while building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the performing arts. No experience needed—just bring your energy and your creativity, and let’s make some musical theater magic!
Music and Art for Brains, Hands, and Feet (PK-K):
CAMP’s joyful and immersive music, movement, and art program for early elementary grades. This program's priorities are exposing young learners to the wonders of music and exploring the wide range of expression possible through music. It focuses on singing, clapping, stepping, dancing, and listening as kids learn songs, melodies, and rhythms from around the world. Inspired by Pete Seeger’s community-based philosophy of music, all classes begin with traditional folk songs to get into the spirit of music learning.
